    All sessions take place at 264 Dore Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, which is a fitness/dance studio space. If you would prefer an alternate location, rental cost would be your responsibility and travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • How long do the packages last?

    Each package expires 3 months after purchase.

  • Can I book a session if I have no fitness experience?

    Absolutely! Anyone is welcome to start their fitness journey. You will be guided through each exercise with adjustments to ensure good form and safety.

  • Should I eat before my session?

    Yes! It’s best to have a light meal or snack at least 1 hour before training to fuel your workout.

  • Do you provide online/ hybrid training?

    Yes, I provide hybrid/online coaching with personalized programming, weekly check‑ins, and form reviews.

  • HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?

    Results will vary depending on consistency, goals, and effort. Most clients see measurable improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within 4–8 weeks of consistent training.

  • What kind of equipment would be provided during the training?

    Workouts may consist of an adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ladders, or mats depending on your goals.
